Then, it's up to the Mail Gods to get your brigadeiros from our shop to your doorstep, which can take between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
Yes. Unfortunately, COVID has lead to some delays in shipping via USPS. We have done our best to mitigate these delays by shipping through UPS where possible. However, we can assure you that your Brigadeiros will still be fresh when they arrive.
Yes. All our Brigadeiros are made in a dedicated facility, in our Lab in Hoboken. Also, each box of Klado Brigadeiros are sealed and packaged to ensure they remain as fresh and safe as possible.
Not necessarily, but we do recommend refrigerating them for optimal freshness. This will help extend the fudge-like consistency and ensure that every bite tastes just like the first.
Depends on who's eating them. Kidding, but we do recommend eating the entire box of brigadeiros upon arrival. However, if you'd like to ration we understand. Our brigadeiros have a two week shelf-life from the date of opening the box. We recommend that you refrigerate them to extend and preserve freshness or you can freeze them up to 3 months.
No, Brigadeiros can withstand the summer heat, since they're used to the warm climate in Brazil, but that doesn't mean we want to push this theory. We ship each box of Klado brigadeiros in a weather resistant bag, which helps keep them from melting and staying dry (in case the box is left outside in the rain). However, we do recommend that you refrigerate your brigadeiros upon arrival for optimal freshness.
Yes, all Klado brigadeiros come in an eco-friendly recyclable box, both the mailer and the chocolate box. We want to do our part in helping the environment, so please remember to do yours by recycling the package once all your Brigadeiros are gone. Or you can save the box and reuse for something else. If you do, be sure to take a picture and tag us.
